Bold two-line handstamp on back of folded letter datelined Apr. 21, 1860 and addressed to the Secretary of the Governor General of India at Pangim, no other postal or due markings VERY FINE. ONLY TWO COVERS WITH THE "MARGAO P.N.P." HANDSTAMP ARE RECORDED. The P.N.P. indicates unpaid mail. Illustrated in Barreiros Portuguese India: Postal History and the First Issues, p. 75.
