Excellent strike of two-line handstamp on back of small 1860 folded cover to New Goa, manuscript "P.P. 26-9-60" (Sep. 26, 1860) date on front and "0.0.15" rate VERY FINE. ONE OF TWO RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THE "MARGAO P.P." HANDSTAMP. The P.P. handstamp indicates fully prepaid postage.
