STRAITS SETTLEMENTS Early Letters and Handstamps Singapore 1829 (5 Oct.) entire letter from Malacca to England, rated "1/1" and showing, on reverse, the rare framed "singapore/p.o." d.s. in black (Type PS2) for 14th November, framed "india letter/romney" and red arrival datestamps.
