Penang 1830 (19 July) entire to Edinburgh, marked "Per Busrah Merchant", rated "2/8", showing fine circular intaglio "prince of wales island/post office" handstamp in red, showing framed "india letter/portsmouth" in red overstruck by framed "½" and, on reverse, London (24.11) and arrival datestamps; the entire with heavy central vertical filing crease well away from markings.
