Nakodar (recorded under the same name) is a town in Jalandhar district, Punjab, India, in the Doaba between the Beas and Sutlej, noted for its Mughal-era tombs. It stood on the routes south of Jalandhar. Following the annexation of the Punjab it became a post town, and its early markings document the Company's mail across the Doaba.
