India, Nusserabad, 1846, "NUSEERABAD/1846 February 12/Paid" Datestamp (Giles 1). Bold red strike on reverse of 1846 folded letter to Calcutta, manuscript "Paid", red "PM" handstamp and Calcutta arrival datestamp, Very Fine and choice, a superb strike of this datestamp which was used by Giles in his book on p. 160, the finest we have encountered
