Faint though just legible strike with manuscript "28th Jany (18) 34" date and "11 As" rate added on back of folded letter datelined in "Bolarum" , addressed to Stromness, Orkney Islands (Scotland), framed "INDIA LETTER/PLYMOUTH" handstamp (Robertson In. 1), Madras Outstation (Feb. 3) and Jun. 24 transit backstamps, "Addl 1/2" handstamp and manuscript "1/7" rate markings, Fine strike to a truly exceptional destination
