1854/1855 (Dec 3/Nov 21) Two letters sent to Bolarum from Madras and Jubbulpore, franked with single ½a (S.G. 2, die I) and 1a (S.G. 12, die I), stamps cancelled by diamond of dots. On reverse are Jubbulpore and Madras boxed datestamps and two types of boxed “BOLARUM/Paid” mark, including the only recorded capital letter “PAID” mark.
