Entire posted from Bangalore to Penang via Madras addressed to Captain C.Rock Fort of 27th Regiment with All India type "Bangalore/ 1844 July 8/ Paid" handstamp HG9 in red color with 6 annas postage paid in manuscript along with "Out Station/ Madras/9 Ju 9/1844/ Ship Letter" SD11 Madras handstamp in black color along with rare "Penang/ Ship Letter/ 18 July 44/Bearing" in black color and other transit marks
