Entire posted from Bangalore to Madras with HG2 hand stamp of PostPaid Bangalore with 22 Fanams postage paid on 20th December 1809. As indicated the high postage is paid as the entire weighs 1 Oz and making it a 1 Oz packet letter. This is the only cover which is found where the weight is mentioned in Oz.
