(some light edge staining) to "Moulmein" from "Tongnoo" (filing note on front) with Imperf. 1a Red (tight margins on 3 sides; shaved along right edge) tied by fine small dots diamond cancel with partial red "TONGNOO/*POST OFFICE*" cds alongside.
