Burma The "Stoltz" Collection of Postal History Rangoon - Receiving House No. 1 1855 (Dec.) envelope to India, bearing 1854 ½a. Die I (mainly cut very close) neatly tied by diamond of dots (Type K1), showing manuscript "¼" alongside and, on reverse, a superb strike of "rangoon/r.h./no2/post office" double-ring h.s. in red. (Type D1) with arrival d.s. alongside. Very rare. Photo
