Bombay: 1855 (25 Jan.) small native entire letter (portion of reverse missing) to Bombay bearing 1/2a. blue Die I (irregular margins) cancelled by diamond of dots and showing a fine strike of the rare boxed "DAMAUN/Paid" in magenta with manuscript date. An attractive exhibition item. Photo.
