Jenidah
Jhenaidah (the Jenidah of early records) is a city in the Khulna division of south-western Bangladesh on the Nabaganga river, a district town of the old Jessore country of eastern Bengal. It lay among the rivers of the delta interior. Within the Bengal Presidency it served as a post town, and its pre-1854 markings record the mail of the Jessore region.
