INDIA, Dacca, 1818, "DACCA POST PAID" Handstamp (Giles 5). Strong strike with manuscript "10 March" date added on bottom flap of 1818 folded letter to Calcutta, red Calcutta Mar. 13 arrival backstamp (Giles G3), transcription of letter accompanies regarding death of military individual's estate, cover affected by tropicalization and some splitting along folds, otherwise Fine and scarce strike
