Mostly clear strike with manuscript "4 Jul (18) 36" date and "1.2" (rupee, annas) rate added on native cover to Kathmandu, Nepal, mailed by General Mathabar Singh Thapa to Prime Minister Bhimsen Thapa, large negative intaglio seal of sender, cover with some slight wrinkling, otherwise Fine, the writer Singh Thapa (1798-1845) ultimately became Prime Minister before he was killed by his nephew while sleeping, ex Dr. Hellrigl
