GB to Goojranwala India 1854 w/ GB#5 on folded outer. Edinburgh barred "131" cancel on cut to design stamp. Cancel ties stamp to cover. Manuscript "via Southampton & Bombay". Addressed to Major John Clarke (25th Bengal Native Infantry) at Goojranwala, Punjab where he was Deputy Commissioner. Lauriston Place (Edinburgh) hand stamp, Mailed September 18, 1854 (manuscript LL), Bombay transit cancel October 15, Lahore transit cancel, November 6, Goojranwala docket manuscript (LR) November 7.
