India, Sultapore, 1849, "SULTAPORE/Bearing" Framed Handstamp (Giles 1). Fairly bold strike with manuscript "24 Augt 49" date and "8as" rate markings on back of mourning cover to Mussouree, intact black wax seal of crest, Very Fine and quite scarce, Giles only records this marking in 1849
