Spink description: 1837 (13 Apr.) entire (less side flaps) from Nusserrabad "By overland route-Dromerdari dawk to Beirut-by Steamer from Bombay" to London, slit for disinfection, variously rated and showing, on reverse, circular-framed Rajpootana Post Paid handstamp, circular-framed "india/Packet Letter/paid." handstamp in red and London datestamps (12.7), the face panel with boxed "paquebots/de la meditteranee".
