Two covers, first with "Paid" with manuscript "17 Feby 44" date and "10 a" rate added on back of folded letter (missing side flaps) to London, England, with Bombay transit and London arrival datestamps, second with "Bearing" with manuscript "6 Feby" date and "8 as" rate added on back of 1839 folded letter to Saugor, both covers with some slight to moderate soiling/toning, edgewear, and some internal splitting along folds, Fine-Very Fine pair of covers
