1837 Calcutta/Kolkata–Mirrzapore/Mirzapur bearing letter, containing a letter dt. Jan 7,1837 with one memorandum dt. Jul 4,1836 signed by John MacDonald, Accountant-General, as annexure, with Giles 15 elliptical Pt Pd (Post Paid) dispatch mark dt. JANy 7 of Calcutta/Kolkata GPO on payment of 8A postage for single letter covering 730km (454 mile), Giles 4 (ex-U31) elliptical BEARg (Bearing) mark of Mirzapore/Mirzapur indicating due 4A for redirection to Rewah/Riwa for distance 162km (101 mile), also indicated in manuscript on top right of the address side.
