India, Hatras, ca. 1840s, "HATRAS/Bearing" Framed Handstamp (Giles 1). Clear strike with manuscript "11 Nov" date and "3as" rate markings on back of petite native cover to Loodhiana, Very Fine and particularly scarce marking, this is the exact marking used by Giles for his book
