India, Delhi, 1825, "DELHI/Pt Pd" Oval Handstamp (Giles 1). Clear strike in black on back of folded letter datelined Aug. 29, 1825 and addressed to William Frazer in Sobathoo, forwarded to Dehra Doon, letter written and signed by James Skinner, Very Fine, this Delhi marking is noted as "scarce" by Giles
