India, Cawnpore, 1826, "CAWNPORE POST OFFICE/Pst Pd/18__" Double-Circle Handstamp (Giles 4). Clear strike on back of folded letter datelined "Cawnpore 21st June 1825" , addressed to Teignmouth, England, forwarded to Launceston, framed "INDIA LETTER/DEAL" (Robertson In. 3) and blue "Launceton/PY POST" handstamps, Calcutta General Post Office (Jul. 1, Giles SD8b), Teignmouth, and Mar. 14 transit and arrival datestamps, manuscript "1/2" and "1/8" rate markings crossed out and "2/-" written, Very Fine
