Description
A completely different type of "CANNPORE/BEARING" receipt 1849 with the word "BEARING" in large letters spread across of the lower segment stamp used in whole The letter was sent from Inverness in Sept.1849 "viaSouthampton" with 1/- paid to India by the Over; and Bombay. At this port stamped "BOMBAY/date/Bearing 10" annas inland postage to Cawnpore
