PLYMOUTH INDIA LETTER WITH SCOTS ADDL. "½" MARK: Two sheet letter charged 3/2d ex Meerut (oval mark in purple), with boxed "INDIA LETTER/PLYMOUTH" mark. GB arrival mark unclear, possibly 1834. Addressed to Inverness, thus receiving Exeter applied small "½" mark.Cross Reference: INDIA, DEVON
