INDIA, Tuticorin, 1800, "TUTICORIN" and "POSTPAID" Handstamps (Unrecorded in Giles). Complete but very faint straightline strikes applied in transit on folded letter datelined Colombo May 30, 1800, addressed to Cochin, cover with overall toning and some splitting along folds, about Fine, unrecorded in Giles and believed to be the only known cover with both handstamps applied together
