Tompson, Senior Chaplain, Madras", countersigned by Chaplain and endorsed "On the Service" , manuscript "29th March 1824" receipt docketing date on back, Madras (Mar. 28) arrival backstamp, cover slight tropicalized and mild file fold thru marking, Fine and scarce
