Rare entire with the first cancellation of Post Paid Kristnagerry dated 14th October 1799, just after the end of Fourth Anglo Mysore war, addressed to Waughan of London by his younger brother stating the bad conditions and diseases at Kristnagerry and informing the death of his little son.
