Entire letter posted from Camp Jalnah to Ahmednagar on 29th July 1830, bearing the Camp Jalnah Post Paid handstamp (HG-2) in red. The handstamp was used as a bearing handstamp, indicating that the prepaid postage of 2½ annas was insufficient for transmission to Ahmednagar.
