Mostly legible strike over flap with manuscript "Chittoor the 9th June 1817" despatch date marking on folded letter to Madras, manuscript "Post Paid 3 fs" rate notation, Madras (Jun. 11) arrival datestamp, cover with couple minor file folds, still Fine, noted as rare by Giles
