Description
Ballary: 1813 entire to Mysore, the reverse with fine strike of the oval "POST FREE/BALLARY" (HG 2) just across join; light toning, otherwise fine. Stated to be the only known example. Also 1807 (5 June) entire letter to Scotland with strike of the oval "POST PAID/BALLARY" (HG 1) on reverse crossed out in ink. Photo for first.
