Hong Kong Treaty Ports Canton Incoming Mail Batavia: 1846 (25 June) entire outer wrapper from Batavia, "Via Singapore" bearing a fine strike of "Zee Brief/Franco" in oval, partly overstruck by a fine strike of the double-oval, "correio/macao/maritimo" in red and bearing, on the reverse, a light strike of the scarce boxed "singapore/ship letter/1846 July/Bearing" in black and ink brush stroke delivery markings; some small damage around central filing crease. A very unusual and interesting cover with an extraordinary combination of scarce markings. Photo
