"GOA" and "P.N.P." Handstamps. Well-struck strikes of each handstamp on front of folded printed circular with printed dateline of May 6, 1868 (date numeral added by hand), addressed to Pangim, both handstamps crossed out by pen, Very Fine, only three covers with the "P.N.P." handstamp are known
