Description

Burma The Early Circular Datestamps Rangoon 1854 (4 June) envelope to Kingsbridge, England showing framed "india" lightly impressed and fine "rangoon/185/June" d.s. in black (Type PS2) uncommonly striked on the front, the reverse showing transit framed "calcutta/g.p.o./shipletter" (12.7), London c.d.s. (6.9) and arrival (7.9) c.d.s. Envelope slightly stained still of quite fresh appearance.
