(x) Burma Early Circular Datestamps Rangoon 1854-58 a postal history trio including 1854 (Jan.) envelope to London, rated "1/-" and showing, on reverse, "rangoon/january" double-ring d.s. (Type PS9) overstruck by Calcutta transit d.s. and with arrival c.d.s. (24.3) alongside, all struck in red; the envelope a little soiled and with recipient's red ink notation across face panel. 1854 (Mar.) envelope to England, marked "Paid Via Southampton", rated "1/-" in red, showing framed "india/paid" and London Paid c.d.s. with, on reverse, "pd 1a Ship" and "Paid 8 annas" (Steam Postage from Calcutta to UK) endorsements, fine "rangoon/march" double-ring d.s. (Type PS11) with boxed Calcutta G.P.O. Ship Letter d.s. in red alongside. 1858 (9 Feb.) entire letter from India to Rangoon, marked "Bearing", showing fine "rangoon/p.o." double-ring d.s. (Type D4) in blue with despatch d.s. alongside and Madras transit d.s. on reverse. Mixed condition as expected though a seldom offered lot
