(x) Burma The "Bearing" and "Paid" Datestamps Moulmein 1841 (29 Dec.) entire letter from Lt. F.O. Kirby, an officer in the 14th Native Infantry Regiment, to London, marked "Per Steamer Ganges via Calcutta" and "Via Falmouth", rated "1/-" and showing oval-framed "india" and, on reverse, fine framed "moulmein/Paid" d.s. (Type PS3) in red with manuscript "Rp. 1 Ship & overland Postage" inserted. Rare in such fine condition
