Description

Entire posted from Sholapoor to England by Abbott first battalion Bombay Artillary with "-Sholapoor / 1849 APR 21/ Free" oval HG4 handstand in red color along with oval "India" handstamp in red color at Bombay with Commanding officer signature and other transit marks. Abbott is also well known artist who used to paint in the entire itself or add a small painting within the letter.
