Neat circular strike with manuscript "29 May 1830" despatch docketing on back of folded letter, addressed to London, England, manuscript "Postpaid 9½ans", Calcutta Ship Letter Jun. 10 transit (Giles SD9) and London Nov. Nov. 15 arrival backstamps, red "INDIA LETTER/PORTSMOUTH" boxed handstamp (Robertson In. 3), rated "1/-", accompanied by transcription of letter, Very Fine and scarce
