India, 1854, 4a Rose Red & Blue, 5th Printing, Head Die III, Frame Die II (6G; SG 25). Tight margins to just touching, used with 1854, 1a Red, Die I (4; SG 12), horizontal pair, margins to just touching, cancelled or tied by barred "43" cancels with bold strike of red framed "MHOW, 1857 AUG. 5/Paid" datestamp (Giles 5) on cover to London, England, red framed "INDIA PAID" handstamp, Bombay (Aug. 10) transit and London (Sept. 16) arrival datestamps, the latter also tying 1a pair, cover missing small piece of top flap VERY FINE USE OF THE ONE-ANNA PAIR AND 4-ANNAs FIFTH PRINTING LITHOGRAPHS ON COVER FROM MHOW. An attractive cover.
