India, Rajemahal, 1827, "Post Rajemahal Paid" Intaglio Handstamp (Giles 1). Fair and mostly clear intaglio strike on back of folded letter written in English datelined Feb. 19, 1832, addressed to Patna, transcription of letter accompanies which highlights the rough travel conditions the writer is facing in going to Patna to be with her husband, Fine strike, noted as rare by Giles
