India, Hazaribagh, 1839, "HAZARIBAGH/Paid" Framed Handstamp (Giles 1). Clearly struck in red slightly over flap with manuscript "13 Dec 39" date and "1 an" rate markings on back of folded letter to "South West Frontier" , cover with slight overall toning, still Fine strike, only noted as in purple by Giles, unrecorded in red
