Mostly clear strike in red with manuscript "24 Sept 1846" date added on back of soldier's concessionary rate cover to Inverness, Scotland, "From Bombr E. Fraser, No. 4233 Apr. Teacher Arty. Regt. School, Dum Dum" endorsement, properly countersigned by commanding officer, red framed "INDIA" handstamp
