India, Cuttack, 1813, "POST OFFICE CUTTACK" Double-Oval Handstamp (Giles 2000 Supplement). Clear strike with manuscript "5 as" rate and "21 November" added on back of 1813 folded letter to Madeira, care of forwarder in Calcutta, sender's directive "pr Hulsar" , red Calcutta (Nov. 2?, Giles 2) transit datestamp, Fine, unlikely many examples exist as this was only added in the Giles 2000 Supplement and is the exact trace used for his pamphlet
