1842 (June 30): Cover to Forres, Scotland, side flaps missing, endorsed "By Overland Mail via Bombay & Marseille", struck on reverse with framed "BRAUGULPORE / Bearing / 4 as." in red, framed "CALCUTTA / GPO / SHIP LETTER" in red; London and Edinburgh (Sept 5) cds and charged "2/8d." in manuscript to pay on arrival in Forres (September 6).
