India, Arrah, 1834, "ARRAH/Pt Pd/18__" Circular Handstamp (Giles 2). Incredibly bold strike with manuscript "2as" rate and "21 March (18) 34" date added on back of folded cover to Patna, Very Fine and choice strike, easily one of the finest strikes of this scarce marking
