1850 Lucknow/Lakhnau–Belfast/Béal Feirste, GB (Ireland)/Éire letter, with very scarce Giles 10 (ex- X28)/Lowe HS504 tripartite rectangular Post Paid dispatch mark dt. 1850 July 31 in red of Br. Indian Lucknow/Lakhnau PO which was located in the territory of feudatory state Oudh/Avadh, applied on payment of internal postage for double letter weighing between 2.92gm (¼ tola) and 11.66gm (1 tola), covering distance 947km (589 mile) from Lucknow/Lakhnau to Calcutta/Kolkata, Giles SD11 (ex-CS18)/Lowe HS60 rectangular Ship Letter dispatch mark dt. 7 AG 7 1850 of Calcutta/Kolkata GPO, Giles SD17 (ex-CX9)/Lowe HS385 oblong INDIA mark of Calcutta/Kolkata, London cdss dt. 22 SP 150 and 23 SE 1850, and Belfast/Béal Feirste receipt datestamp dt. SE 24 1850 in blue. The letter was levied 1/10 (1sh10d) manuscript due which included 1s5d Br. Packet rate and 5d Fr. Packet rate for weight upto 7.09gm (¼oz) for routing via Marseilles/Marseille.
